Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates and Bookings   Gift Certificates Gift Certificates have an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase which will be strictly adhered to. Gift Certificates MUST be presented at time of boarding or full price will be charged.   Bookings Credit card details will be required at time of booking as a deposit. If a credit card is not available a direct deposit is required within 48 hours of booking being made. Balance payable on day.   Cancellation fees are- 20% for 30 days notice 50% for 15 days notice 100% for 7 days or less notice.   If the trip is cancelled due to weather, another date will be arranged or a refund will be given less a 10% administration fee. If you cancel and the places are filled, a refund will be given less a 10% administration fee.
